Rise Against Hunger 2023 was a HUGE success! 

Again, we can’t thank those that joined us for the event enough.

About 80 people came to our event. You helped measure food, seal packages, box up meals and stack heavy boxes on pallets. These pallets of food will be transported by boat to Rise Against Hunger’s partnering countries. Not only do they send food, but the non-profit also provides other services to help communities begin providing for themselves through agricultural education (seed planting, school gardens) which then helps stimulate their local economy and develops long-term food security.

With the 25,000 meals we packed this year, our total number of meals packed for the five events we’ve hosted is well over 100,000! We look forward to hosting this event for many years to come!
